Hmm...

I just want to blog a fast one, so here it goes:
Firstly, my voice is a bit okay today. I can still talk and communicate with people but can't stop them from laughing. I decided not to see my customers today. My ankles and knees still hurts. I've taken my daily drugs - teh ais and roti canai kari banjir. I'm getting fatter and thinking of losing some weights. Kal called today and it was fun chit chattin with him. Miss him so much, tho. Nowadays, we've seldom meet each other and hang out like we've used to, but it's ok. Sms'ses Edz and he was on his way back from meeting a fren. Miss him too...Well, I shall end here! Till next time...

Trip to Genting - 13 Jan till 14 Jan 08

Hmm...where should I begin?? Oh well, at last I have some space and time to update about my recent stay in Genting last Sunday. All I can say that, there was never a dull moment when you're in Genting. The weather was nice too, sometimes cool and sometimes hot. I really enjoyed my time there with my colleagues. Yeah, I scream a lot until I lost my voice today (ehem...) but it was all fun experience. I won't hesitate if there's a chance of going there again.
My most frightening ride was the roller coaster - also known as the corkscrew - wicked!

Catherine, Teoh and Chan having their very expensive nasi goreng - RM 12.50/plate.

Me and Kak Milla shared a light moment.

Cute and adorable Hakimi - behind is his mother, Rus!

Indoor view

Me and Tika - my eyes all droopy.

Tika and Mary (from Filipines).

Kak Milla, Me, Catherine, Kak Isnah, Chan and Mary.

3 ah moi ride the space shot!

Mary and Kalam romantic ride.

Black is the new pink!

"What're looking at, huh?" - Ah Tuck.

"I'm so happy to be here"

Our hotel.

Hmmm....

Outdoor view.

Antic car ride.

Kak Milla's latest squeeze.

Most frightening experience of all!

Silence is gold!

I lost my voice today! I'm completely silence! Must be all that screaming yesterday when I was in Genting. I know some of you are glad becos I won't be nagging at ya'll. Anyway, drank air asam jawa yesterday...super gross! But nk baik punya pasal so minum jer...Was thinkin that if I have time tonite, I might blog a little about what happened thru out my stay in Genting.

Hammy!

Just look at that! Isn't she's adorable?

p/s: Hammy bath once every 2 weeks and we cleans her cage every week.

F***!

I'm all fucked up today! I was so stressed out that I wanted to just leave all my works behind and go home but I didn't. I must admit that it really gets me, those curses that was thrown by one of my customers. At first, I try not to bother but it really makes me feel really down today. Like I have mentioned in my earlier post that the company I'm working now is lack of communication and I realize that even my boss don't give a damn about it. How can we improve, exactly if the bosses is also like that, huh? Rafi told me to be more stubborn and more strict but how can I do that when you're a customer service?

Thank God for friends...Thanks Fion and Madam Lee for listening to my grandmother stories...I do understand that it's up to oneself on how to handle pressure but c'mon, I've been working in TIP for almost 2 years and during that period, I didn't see any changes (except the fact that I'm a bit fatter - hahahaha). I don't know if I will ever survive another month here. Friends said that perhaps it's time for me to move to another job but hey, it's not easy to find one you know. I won't lie but the voice inside me saying that it's time to get out from there!

I'm really indebted to some of my management for being so patience with me. I'm all mixed up and my emotions is unstable. I really don't like to take the blame for people's mistakes. Oh well, I should just move on or should I hang on? I'm still hanging there but who knows?

p/s: Terasa nk makan KFC jer time2 mcm ni...huhu

An unexpected call...

While I'm sipping my cup of tea today, I received an unknown number which eventually was from my really old old school mate, Mona - we've known each other since primary 2. I was shock that she called! We've been ignoring each other for a year now and she called to invite me to her wedding ceremony this 27th Jan (Sunday). It was a small misunderstanding that lead to a bigger arguments but I have put all those behind me. Can't wait to see her again!

Damn that Kopitiam!

It's public holiday today and since I have no plans, me and Rafi went to Cheras to watch a movie. Rafi wanted to watch Alien VS Predator but dropped it when the ticket girl said that the movie was OK-lah, which means - don't burn your RM10 for this movie - it sucks! Anyway, the choice was between Game plan and the Chipmunks. I insisted on watching the Chipmunks but Rafi was interested in Game plan but the victory was mine though, hehe...

Grrr...We had our lunch at Old Kopitiam but OMG, the price all went up! I mean, it's becoming too expensive that I think, loyal customers will nod in agreement. Usually mee curry cost you around RM 5.00++ but it has reached RM 6.50++ (what da F***???). My second fav, Ni hsin noodle cost RM 5.50 (usual price RM 4.90). I've smses Song that we are not goin to 'lepak' there anymore! Oh well, what can I do? Price all went up but people's salaries are still the same tho...tsk tsk tsk

I thought the story was cute. I like Theodore so much because he's the cutest of the bunch. Simon was the smart one and Alvin was the rebellious one - I guess all of you knew that, why the hell am I still explaining this?? - wink!

Bleeding Love LIVE!

I can't get over of how good she is!

Maal Hijrah 1429

The meaning of Maal Hijrah (which also called awal muharram) in English is migration and a very important day for muslim. It falls on the first day of muharram calendar year, which is the first day on muslim calendar. Therefore, this is also the new year for all Muslim. On this day, Muslim will remember Nabi Muhammad s.a.w migrate from Mecca to Madinah. Besides that, Maal Hijrah also means changes from bad to good side.

Tuesday, 8 Jan

Just got back from work! Letih giler drive satu hari. From Kajang to Bangi and Bangi to Hulu Langat and went straight to Beranang before went back to Semenyih and drove to Senawang plak and lastly kt Nilai. Letihnya kaki...Inilah yg perlu di hadapi bila anda buat Marketing. So far, malas nk complaint altho sometimes people's attitude make me sick but some of my customer's are such an angel. Like today, I went to Hatakeyama in Senawang and met Madam Lee. She's the most nicest person I've ever met. The first time I talked to her on the phone, I was mistaken her for a malay lady but she's chinese. She speaks fluent malay (kira macam Song la). Our short meeting turned into a one and a half hour session. Macam2 yg dibualkan, and we've shared a lot about our jobs. It's nice to be able to share with someone who understands about your line of work. Later, met Rafi in the evening and went for dinner *sigh*I think that covers everything.
That's all for today folks!

Another lazy Monday

"Closed off from love, I didn't need the pain, once or twice was enough and it was all in vain"
Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love - is on my head over and over again today, even when I'm driving. Sooo dangerous la! With weather as cool as this, here are my wish list that I crave on this lazy Monday:
1. A good foot rub - was thinking to get one during my trip to Genting this weekend.
2. A facial - I look tired and wash out - really!
3. KFC - can't get enough of them - who does?
4. That blue shirt from Topman - waaaaaa, I want!
5. To be able to fit to my size 30 pants again - I'm now 311/2....I'm fat.

*sigh................................*

This life I'm living!

2008 may not started well for me! My brother-in-law passed away just after we've celebrated new year and I feel like my job performance went down faster than the water drain. But I have my own damn concrete reason which I know not everyone in my shoes can ever imagine. I will play it like everyone else as I'm already sick with people's attitude which is worst than those stupid warthogs but it's not goin to be my best self but what the heck!

As I look back on the year of 2007, I can't help but remember that it was the year that I went thru a very difficult situation. I may even call it the worst experience of my life. You may be suprised because some of it wasn't mentioned on this blog. I've realized that if I don't mention it here it's because I try to stick to the more happy things :)

I know that I don't have to share everything about my life but some things are meant to be private. Sometimes I do feel like I'm pretending everything is okay when it really isn't.

*sigh*...I admit that I have struggles. Yeah, everyone struggles. I'm not as much different than everyone else.

p/s: Edz was admitted to the hospital this afternoon as he collapse in the office. Please pray for his safety! And to Sha, my condolence to you! Sha is my best fren back in Uni and her father passed away last Christmas...May God bless him always.

Leona Lewis - A Moment Like This (X-Factor Finale)

I'm listening to this song over and over again. It was originally recorded by Kelly Clarkson but I think Leona Lewis covers it brilliantly.

My New Year's Resolutions

Every year around this time, I resolve to be a better person by making New Year’s Resolutions. But lately I’ve been thinking. Why do I bother to make resolutions when some time around February they’re all thrown to the bin?

Is this true?

Probably. But I think they’re a necessary tradition. New Year’s Resolutions make us aware of the things we need to improve in our lives like our eating habits, or how we treat others and most especially, how to accomplish certain goals we set for ourselves.

Maybe I’ll blow these resolutions like I do every year,
but every journey begins with one footstep. So here it goes:

1. To lead a healthier lifestyle and be a fitter person. Cut down on the junk food, perhaps??

2. To get more sleep. That’s always a problem for me.

3. To free up more time for myself and stop lazing in bed every morning (and to try to not “ponteng kerja”..hehe..

4. To be more dedicated with work..bla..bla..bla..

5. To cut up credit cards and try to live a non-credit life for a year and see it.

6. Befriend all enemies, so they’ll stop talking behind your back! Hmm...that was last year. I’ll try harder this year.

7. To party – and that’s a resolution I always keep.

8. Try my best to ease up on those ‘bad or nasty’ words! Especially when I drive.

9. To make decisions more swiftly and stick with them.

10. To take more time for myself. To relax and get Thai massages.

11. My ‘B’ and I usually resolve to give up chocolate and it’s a resolution we’ve ritually broken after.

12. I’m going to try and get home early and sleep properly this year.

13. To slow down and breathe because you must find balance in the middle of mayhem.

14. To celebrate the holiday, each year, at the beach with good friends.

15. To take time off and spend more time with my lovely ‘B’.

16. To stay alive – more than anything else. I’m always really happy when I make it to a new year.

p/s: Number 3 and 6 will probably be my biggest tests in the 08, but I'm up for the challenge!

In Loving Memory of Rosli Abd Malek

It came as a shock when my sis called me this morning and said that my brother-in-law passed away at home when he was in the bathroom. It's sad because yesterday, Abg Rosli (her husband) wanted to have a 'kenduri doa selamat', which his siblings didn't know for what purpose. I guess that when you're goin to die, you can actually feel it but won't let anyone know about it!

They were married for 10years now. He's suffered a lot of diseases such as diabetes, kidney prob, high blood pressure, etc.

Pity to my sis. She has no children when she was with him. My mum was thinking that we want to invite her to stay with us to forget about the sorrow. I understand that it's goin to be difficult for her but life must go on! We will support you always.

p/s: Semoga roh Abg Rosli ditempatkan di kalangan orang2 yg beriman. Amin...

1 January 2008

Dang baby! Ramai betul orang ari ni kt Jusco Cheras Selatan. Planning dgn Song nk keluar tgk wayang citer I Am Legend. Masuk tayangan dalam pukul 2.10. Citer tu mmg best la. Mostly tunjuk pada Will Smith sbg lead actor and anjing kesayangan dia Sam (Samantha). Nak pendekkan citer, I Am Legend ni macam Resident Evil versi Hardcore sbb dia involve dgn zombie yg dah jg mutant cuma dalam citer ni, zombie tu mmg ganas, pantas and kuat giler. Time siang, zombie2 ni tadi tak keluar sbb diaorg takleh kena cahaya matahari so time ni lah Will Smith and anjing dia tu nk cari makan. Time malam plak diaorg ni stay dalam umah sbb time ni lah zombie2 ni tadi berkeliaran. Highly recommended but not for the faint hearted. Anyway, thanks Song sbb temankan yus ari ni.

As I'm writing this, Norah Jones - Feels like home - album - in on my cd player. Sesuai sgt dgn jiwa yus skrg yg perlukan ketenangan and relaks...

p/s: Sedih sbb diri ini selalu disalah anggap! Tapi biar apapun org kata, "berdiam diri lebih baik dari bersuara".
