Suddenly it hit my head! A good colleague of mine was terminated and she was given a 24hour notice. I was caught in suprisie because she's been working in TIP for 6 years now and my bosses love her so much. I didn't get the details on why she was fired until Linda told me about it. I've already promised her not to say a word (..zip..).
Oh my God! She was fired because she has been accused of selling our production formula to other competitor! I was like, SHIT...Is this true? Or is she being sabotage?? But that's what I've heard from Linda which she later confirmed that it was indeed true. I understand that some competitor wanted to know our formula for extrusion and they're willing to pay big bucks if they can find anyone who can sell the formula. Dirty politics! But I can't believe Kak Pah could do such thing. I sense that perhaps she was offered a lot of money and recently her belongings were destroyed during the flood that happened in her hometown, Hulu Langat and that is why she needs the money. One should always think the consequences before taking any action. I cannot imagine her life now since she's not working. She's not getting younger for God sake.
Pity for her...I guess my boss cannot forgive for what she has done. She will never expected that Kak Pah will betrayed her or repay her like this...It teaches me something...Not to believe oneself until you really really know that person and always be careful to whom you trust...
p/s: Deep in my heart, I hope that Kak Pah didn't mean to do such thing or if someone were to sabotage her by telling all this lies, he/she will be punish for good!
