I'm tired of being called nice. Finally, today, I let it all out! Why?What?When? Well, you might not believe me but I shouted at my customer because he was provoking me, and didn’t want to believe my explanation on his goods. This Mr. Frank (I’ve mentioned his name before – the one who has anger management probs?) or Mr. Moron, as what I called him, shouted just because he didn’t satisfy with my answer on the respective matter. I don’t usually call for a fight as I believe everything can be settle in a good way but hey, he’s not the only one who can lose control rite? Me too, can. Anyway, here are some of the SMS’s between me and him:
Me: Hi. Gd morning. I’m sorry to inform you that today we cannot deliver the 2500pcs balance because machine breakdown. Production inform can only deliver by tomorrow afternoon after 4pm. Caused: Sealing bar problem. Can only get it by this evening. Hope you can discuss with your side. Thanks. (actually, the machine was running another order which urgently needed and has been pending for 2 weeks – yours is only one week tapi dah bising2 – at least say thanks to me because berjaya arrange the production for you Moron!)
Mr. Moron: I want to know why are we told of machine breakdown after due for delivery this morning. Please call back (I was in a meeting with my customer then). The packing floor stopped twice already (yeah rite..yesterday when we deliver to you 6500pcs, there were still stocks in your warehouse not yet use – then why you lied that your production has started to stop because of the balance?).
Me: You can talk to Ms. Lai or Melvin first if you are skeptical. Machine breakdown is beyond our control. That’s why our real lead time is 2-3 weeks. I can’t do anything but can only advice.
Mr. Moron: Talk to them for what and on what? (napalah tak faham2 gak dia ni). To understand why you can’t deliver or to solve the problem?
Then, the rage was reaching its climax. There was shouting from him and me. At first I told myself to be patient, thinking that he’s my customer but once he said that I lied and try to sabotage his order, I’m still okay but once when he blamed me because his staff, Ms. Shirley resigned, I couldn’t take it anymore. I mean this guy is too much. Why he keep on blaming me on everything? After he hung up, I was like..grrr…geramnya! But he soon sent me another sms.
Mr. Moron: My staff resigned has nothing to do with you (yelah, every month tukar org baru – yeah, it’s because of you, DAMN IT, not me). You just don’t have the guts to admit you slipped what you promised yesterday (what? no guts? then why the hell is the first sms is for?) If you want to shout, do it face to face..(buang masa and rugi puasa jer gaduh dgn org camni). Get over it! I know we are small. Expect of at your office (what the fuck is he babbling about???erghhh)
Me: I never treat my customer differently whether they are big or small. You want me to admit, I already apologize this morning in my sms (read again, psycho!). Production is giving their best now and even delivered to you yesterday the 6500pcs. If you still cannot accept my explanation, my QA can explain but you don’t want to hear. I already sms u to try discuss with your side but you were the one who keep on shouting at me. No wonder people cannot stand you. If you are not satisfied with my service, you can check that no other supplier can give you within one week!
Mr. Moron: I know what’s my options and right. Just confirm when the 2500pcs can be delivered. Just do what you are supposed to do and stop dealing with your pride, we have a crisis here. But thank God I knew ur attitude before decided to take you as my staff.. Thank God (just because I don’t want to work with you, doesn’t give you the right to seek your revenge on me!)
Me: And I really do hope God will forgive you for all the hurting that you selalu buat kat staff you and people around you. Maybe Sean was right, you should get help. I don’t want to waste my puasa because of you! (serve him rite!)
Me: PRODUCTION HAS INFORMED TOMORROW THEY CAN GIVE THE 2500PCS BALANCE.
Mr. Moron: Delivery confirmation noted. As for others, what you said to Sean proved your maturity and mental level. Screw up our order, your management should deal with you. But if you meddle with our operations and team morale, you should beware… (yeah rite..like I care)
Me: Careful with your words, old man! You don’t know me yet and whom I know. Jangan sampai kilang you tutup sudah. I’ll take it as a threat and anything happen, wait for the police la. I will keep the sms! And by the way, if you questioning about my maturity and mental level, just look at how sad you are as a person. Don’t judge others if you dun know them!!! (padan muka – dun play2 with me ah)
In conclusion, I think Mr. Frank was devastated that I didn’t accept the offer. Who can stand people with anger management problem? I admit that sometimes my boss is also out of control but hey, I can still handle her. At least she didn’t shout me for nothing. Not like this Mr. Moron. All his staff didn’t even last a month because of his attitude.
Sometimes it’s hard to handle people who has rage inside them and don’t know how to control them. I’ve been working in different organization and bosses but Mr. Moron is the worst. Anyway, I am not interested in working with this guy anymore and wanted to look how far can he handle everything himself. Well, I don’t like to seek for revenge but aren’t revenge best served cold?
