Gym time!

Start off with weights


Then, it's time for cardio - hit the treadmill, baby!


I like doing chest press


1 1/2 hours - 2 hours is enough (tak larat la lama2...hehe)

I just want to share with ya'll the place that I've recently working out. It's not as big as California Fitness/Fitness First/Celebrity Fitness/bla bla bla but the equipment is more that what you can ask for. For me, it's enough to cover my daily routines.

My goal? Is to have a buff body like Channing Tatum, boley? hahahaha...
