Weekend Issue: Relax, light a ciggie and enjoy (Part 2)

Pastu, Kal cadangkan kitaorg ke umah cousin dia kt Bt Mahkota, katanya nk buat spaghetti. We, without much hesitation, terus setuju. Umah cousin Kal mmg nice and cozy - just like my dream house. We were wondering, how it wud be like if the 4 of us live together in one roof? Mesti chaotic, kan? Haha...Apapun, here's our special but simple, bujang style "spaghetti bolognaise"...hehe.


1. First of all, rebus spaghetti bersama sedikit minyak and secubit garam.



2. Barang wajib ada - Prego bolognaise sauce, cili sos sikit, cili padi sikit, cili boh and tomato sebiji - ni ala2 Italian + Asian.



3. Potong tomato kecil2.



4. Since takde minced beef, kitaorg pakai daging burget but mould into a small round shape and then goreng smpi garing.



5. Friends - to show some love and support ;-p



6. Keduanya sedang di masak di atas api at the same time.



7. Lepas daging dah garing sikit, letak basil leaves sbg perasa - takde pun takpe.



8. And then, tomato. Pecah2kan supaya rasanya masam2 sikit.



9. Api sentiasa di perhatikan supaya tak hangus.



10. Tutup kejap dlm 5 minit.



11. Buatlah apa2 jer aktiviti bersama kengkawan sementara menunggu.



12. Then, letakkan sebotol sauce prego td bersama 1/2 balang air biasa.



13. Campurkan bebola daging td and gaulkan.



14. Dah siap pun...hehe.
