Hanging out

Semalam, yus bwk adik2 ke Midvalley, saja jalan2 kt area sana sambil bwk diaorg pi shopping2 sikit and gi makan2. It's almost like a rituals where tiap2 bulan lepas dpt gaji, mesti bwk diaorg ke sana. Yelah, since yus takde date ngan sapa2...haha.

We ate at Burger King. Kalo nk tahu, I prefer Burger King lagi over McD but susha nk dpt Burger King ni since a few malls jer yg ada. I had big whopper set, Baby had mushroom burger and Su's ate double BBQ cheeseburger.

Anyway, sejak global economy crisis yg semakin teruk ni, shopping ttp shopping tp terkawal lg la and I did buy some stuff for myself.

Later that evening, it was my friends turn to lepak2. Went there with Song, Kal and Robert to Cheras Selatan and watched Bride Wars. Mmg kelakar habis and I adores Anne Hathaway (Emma) so much. I recommend this chick flick to everyone. Go watch it with your love one, galfriends or even guyfriends...hehe.

I borrowed this mystery book from Joe and read it during my CNY holidays. It was awesome and I must admit that it sent chill down my spine. Wicked and cleverly written by Zehann Ur Rakhie. Yus susah sgt nk suka pd satu2 novel tu but this one is an exception. Joe mmg suka kumpul novel2 pelik camni. Mmg seram la since citer ni berkisar psl org yg salah tuntut ilmu2 hitam.

Inkheart

I really dig fantasy movie (LOTR, Harry Potter, Narnia, etc) but this one doesn't live up to its name. Why? I've wasted my cold RM 10 cash for the movie only to sleep half way thru...hehe. Not my cup of coffee, I guess.

The character I like the most probably Dustfinger - a fire eater. Dustfinger was taken out of Inkheart at the same time Capricorn was. However, unlike Capricorn, he has a strong desire to go back to the Inkworld. He betrays Meggie and Mo in an attempt to re-enter the book, but later rescues them.

p/s: The poster was the only thing I like about the movie. Should have wait for the DVD to come out ;-)

It's been 3 days and yus still lg demam. Sucks!
I was on MC last Monday and yesterday I came to work. Malas sebenarnya but paksa gak diri walaupun tak berapa sihat since yus dah promise ngan kak Syikin nk jumpa supplier. It was more of a curtsy visit since this month tak byk production and we are allowed to go out. We went to Nichicon, Bangi - our supplier for Electrolyte Capacitor (I hope I spell it correctly...hehe). I won't boring you guys with the details so let the pics do the talking ;-)

AJL ke-23

As I'm writing this, my head is still spinning from the fever that I had today. Rasa mcm tak berdaya nk menulis pun ada gak ni...huhu. Actually, smlm waktu otw ke AJL kt bt Jalil tu, yus ok lg but dalam dewan tu yus dah rasa sejuk satu badan. Nasib baik Akim ada jaket kalo tak menggigil yus dalam tu.

Oh well, yus dpt mc utk ari ni and yus gunakan sebaiknya utk berehat and tido shj. About AJL 23, it was a last minute plan. Song ckp Akim ada 3 tiket free and Song asked me if I wanted to go so it was yes for me although I don't follow up sgt this year. Maybe becos my fav artis takde kot..hmmm.

Anyway, we reached there around 6pm something and met Akim and frens. We parted ways afterwards cos kitaorg duduk kt level 4 and the rest at level 3. But it was a good view and we can see the whole audiences from there too ;-)



It ended up ok and everyone already predicted that Faizal Tahir wud won the Juara Lagu. Cliche, isn't it? Last year tak dpt masuk becos of the you-know-what controversy but here he is, this year try to tebus balik.

Kitaorg tak tggu smpi abis show cos takut jalan jam and thank God kitaorg sempat smpi ke parking kete before the place was swarm with people...hehe. Luckily, we all sempat snap a few pics. It was an enjoyable nite and a start for something new ;-) - thanks for the tix again, Akim.

Jimat Cermat, huh...HELLO???

It's quite annoying though! How can people be productive when you're working in a hot environment? It's unbelievable...I mean turning off the aircond during working hours - Hello?

Dah mcm ni nk dkt seminggu dah and I'm sweating like a pig. Teruk betul. Yelah, we all want to save the cost due to the economics crisis but turning off the aircond make us more miserable.

Thank God ada kipas tangan. If not, I'll die kelemasan breathing people's karbon dioksida...haha. Anyway, some of us has their own alternative - bring a table fan. But tak di galakkan takut top management bising plak. Apapun, tgklah pose istimewa kakak2 ni dgn gaya kipas masing2...hehe.



This matter bkn satu dept jer kena but lain2 pun sama except that diaorg slow kan...Sabar jer la kan? Anyway, itu belum lagi time bekerja kitaorg yg maybe akan dikurangkan ke 12-15hari bekerja. Gosh, the global economics crisis really has taken a toll on us. Oh well, tak seteruk Sony kot yg dah mula keje 10 hari saja. The rest, kena amik unpaid leave. God help us!!!

Lesson Learned!

Dalam pada tgh flip thru my old albums, tiba2 nampak plak gambar2 ni. Actually, yus tak bercerita sgt psl zaman yus kt uitm dulu cos ramai yg dah lost contact. Ada yg dah kawin and beranak pinak pun ada ;-)

These pictures bring a thousand memories! Saat bersama ngan kwn2 time Uni dulu mmg best. Yus ingat lagi time tu asyik nk enjoy jer, berlajar pun malas2 jer. Rasa cam nyesal pun ada gak but syukurlah dgn apa yg yus ada skrg ni - lesson learned.

Gambar2 ni kitaorg amik time gi genting dulu. Boleh di katakan setiap semester mesti gi. It's like our fav spot dulu bila time nk release tension. No more 'us', only memories but time spent with ya'll will never be forgotten...huhu.

I can relate to...

I fell in love the first time I listen to Afgan's - Terima Kasih Cinta that I decided to make it my theme song at the moment (pasang speaker kuat2 - it's in my blog). It was quite late since lagu ni mmg lama dah berkumandang but sejak yus download lagu ni, yus became addicted until now. Mesti kena dgr ari2 - masa bgn tido, pergi keje, tgh rehat, time balik, etc. I mean, this it the "it" song of the moment.

Somehow mcm ada kena mengena pun ada gak ;-).

Some of you must be wondering, kenapa plak dgn yus ari ni ye? But I'll write whatever pops into my head, passes my internal censor (if it's working that day - which Rudy usually said selalu problem jer...hehe) and flows out my fingers.

And guess what, my horoscope today is really encouraging...

Weekend Issue: Relax, light a ciggie and enjoy (Part 1)

This was our first trip to Sg. Gabai. The idea was mine and everyone agreed. Beside, kitaorg tak pernah mandi manda sekali so why not. Org mmg ramai since today is Sunday kan but it doesn't stop us. One way to escape from those people, kitaorg naik tmpt yg paling tinggi sekali, which later kaki masing2 cramp kan cos it was few hundreds stairs yg nk kena daki (sigh). Anyway, mmg best and kitaorg pun enjoy giler. Not to mention, air mmg sejuk - jgn demam dah la esok...hahahaha.

Weekend Issue: Relax, light a ciggie and enjoy (Part 2)

Pastu, Kal cadangkan kitaorg ke umah cousin dia kt Bt Mahkota, katanya nk buat spaghetti. We, without much hesitation, terus setuju. Umah cousin Kal mmg nice and cozy - just like my dream house. We were wondering, how it wud be like if the 4 of us live together in one roof? Mesti chaotic, kan? Haha...Apapun, here's our special but simple, bujang style "spaghetti bolognaise"...hehe.


1. First of all, rebus spaghetti bersama sedikit minyak and secubit garam.

2. Barang wajib ada - Prego bolognaise sauce, cili sos sikit, cili padi sikit, cili boh and tomato sebiji - ni ala2 Italian + Asian.

3. Potong tomato kecil2.

4. Since takde minced beef, kitaorg pakai daging burget but mould into a small round shape and then goreng smpi garing.

5. Friends - to show some love and support ;-p

6. Keduanya sedang di masak di atas api at the same time.

7. Lepas daging dah garing sikit, letak basil leaves sbg perasa - takde pun takpe.

8. And then, tomato. Pecah2kan supaya rasanya masam2 sikit.

9. Api sentiasa di perhatikan supaya tak hangus.

10. Tutup kejap dlm 5 minit.

11. Buatlah apa2 jer aktiviti bersama kengkawan sementara menunggu.

12. Then, letakkan sebotol sauce prego td bersama 1/2 balang air biasa.

13. Campurkan bebola daging td and gaulkan.

14. Dah siap pun...hehe.
