Boys nite out : Part 2

A really good and long friend of mine, Irman decided to join us on our second nite out. Since he’s working in the f&b line (that’s food and beverage), he seldom off on weekends but he will not be working on Saturday, and that’s why I decided to invite him too.

5 people in my kenari was quite a number and my kereta was a bit berat (hehe) but we’ve enjoyed our time together. This is the first time I’ve brought Irman to the Kay Ell scene, which before he said that he reads in magazines, papers, etc. Guys, we have another one in our family and what da ya think? I think, we click so well and hope that after this, we can still have time for each other. Beside, like I’ve always said, “Diamonds are forever, and so are guy friends”! (am I rite??whatever...)

Boys nite out : Part 1

Nothing much that I can describe as “happening” last nite as the traffic jammed was quite bad (wouldn’t you want to know), we’re also saw the fireworks from afar (beside one road to PICC but couldn’t see it clearly). Yeah, we were frustrated but at least the 4 of u were having a jolly good time catching up with each other – welcome to our group Ady (which we knew him from some website – yeah, another cyber friend in our family). He’s nice, don’t talk much but once he started to warm up, he can be cool!

Suddenly, I’d received a miss call from Emy (my ex uni mate) and call her back! Looks like she’s also at the same spot as me but since there was thousands of muggles (harry potter terms for human..hehe), it was really hard to find her. But we’d managed to found each other but couldn’t meet as she was at the fly over and me, well at the road side. Pity us! Tomorrow Midvalley is having a grand sales and Emy plan to go shopping but since my salary is not in yet, I was a bit doubtful – how to shop? Takde duit la…

Move on, we’d stuck in traffic jammed for almost 2 hours! (can u imagine?). Some of us cannot stand to pee anymore but had to hold on for another hour..huhu..until we’ve found the nearest petrol station. Afterwards, we went to Bangi and lepak at the mamak stall watching Kung Fu Hustle – people couldn’t stop laughing..haha!

It’s already 3.00am and most of us were sleepy already. Sent Ady back to UKM first before we sent Song to Sg Jelok. Lastly, it was me and Kal who went back home! Guys, we should hang out more…

Merdeka's Nite - boys nite out!

Yay! Tonite, me, Kal, Song and Ajai are planning to go ronda2 area Kay Ell for our boys nite out! Kal Suggested that we go to Bt Antarabangsa and enjoy the view from there (i've brought them too Bt Hulu Langat to see the view a few months ago - as they've never went there before). Not a bad suggestion! But don't tell me ya'll want to see the stars?hehe..Anyway, it's better than driving to Kay Ell road itself and stuck hours and hours in traffic jams. Hmm, perhaps Song and Ajai has a bettter idea. Don't ask me, i'm only the driver (wink..!)

Anyhow, i need to get back before 3.00am because i need to send my younger sister to school before 4.00am (what..???). Yeah, she involve in the merdeka celebration parade in Shah Alam stadium (if i'm not mistaken-la). She's so excited to be able to appear on TV (yeah rite, like we can actually notice her - so many people la are around).

I'm looking forward to it tonite...We've been planning this for a month now and i can't wait!!!

If all toilets look like this!

This definitely amuses me. Why? Because i've never seen a digital toilet (or is it high tech toilet - what do you call it huh? - i have no idea). According to my customer, you find these type of toilet in Japanese company. Usually their management would prefer this kind of toilet. But mind you, it's in male toilet only (don't ask me why!).

An embarrasing incident happened where i accidentally press the wrong button and suddenly a pipe came out and shoot water. I was actually wanted to flush the toilet. Habis basah seluar depan..wawawawa...thankfully my slack was dark black so people cannot actually see it (hehe). But seriuosly, with all that buttons, even you will get confuse! Now tell me, isn't pissing supposed to be an easy thing to do? Think again!!Hahahahah

Things that I wanted!

For now, I've already have my Sony digital camera that I've been eyeing for quite sometime. Below are next on the list:

Sony VAIO TZ 11.1" Super Slim Notebook

PS3 (fuiyoo..although I've already have ps2 but hey, who cares? I still want it!)

Sony Bravia LCD Tv

An Ipod Nano..tsk tsk tsk

*sigh* I have no idea when the time will come for me to own all these.

Anyone care to sponsor??

Today I've lost a friend...

Today i am so excited as all my bosses are in oversea's for a week! YAHOO!! Thank God they have signed our salary's cheque before they leave..fuh...These people are having a party in the office, celebrating their freedom..hehehehe
But sadly, one of my collegue, Rosni, got a new job in the government sector in Putrajaya and she'll be leaving us..sob sob...But i wish all the best for her as she's still young and has a lot to learn (not like us..dah tua bangka..waaaaa)

Currently listening to...

These are 2 of my favourite albums at the moment:

Rihanna - Good girl gone bad

At first, i was hesitatant to buy the album. What's on my head at that time was, it the album good? Is there only one hit song? Or is the album was like the reggae-type, like her previous album? Okay, i was wrong as Rihanna sounds very different from her previous albums (thanks to Jay Z, i guess). Anyway, it's an album you should buy and listen especially when you're caught in traffic jam or when you have a nite out with your frens! (trust me)

I like a few songs such as Umbrella (don't tell me you haven't heard the song??It's been airwave in most places, cafeteria, gymnasium, mamak stall - Rihanna teach you how to pronounce umbrealla the cool way, um-breh-la..hehe), Push up on me (a fast song that make you want to shake your ass - i mean seriously - its upbeat tempo make it a song you probably heard in clubs) , Please don't stop the music (techno kinda beat - even if you dont like techno music - example, me - you'll love this), Breakin' dishes (my opinion is that this song is kinda funny but catchy in melody - but still one of my fav song in the album), Sell me candy (very cute song! that's all i'm going to tell ya'), Lemme get that (has middle east element in its melody - something different and daring from Rihanna - you'll love this song, believe me) and Question existing (some might say that her voice sounds like she's whining but the bit " What am i living for??", it's very interesting - in my opinion) is my most playable on the cd player.

Dayang Nurfaizah - Dayang 2007

I bought the album because i really like her - her style, her way of singing - she's got attitude man - but sadly, there's not much of a publicity been thrown at her - why? maybe because Malaysian people aren't ready for a soulful singer - hmm, i dunno - what do you think?

In this album, mostly i listen to Hanya Padamu (i dunno how many times i press the repeat button just to hear the song over and over - it's really catchy - in Dayang soulful way of singing), Cerita Cinta Dayang (it was actually a version of an old english song - You are everything to me - which Dayang wrote the lyrics in Malay very interesting indeed!), Hilang (composed and written by Audi Mok - a very different song - a ballad - that you won't usually find in most Dayang's album - something different from her and Audi Mok) and Inginku miliki (ya' know, Emil Emilda's theme song? Catchy with lots and lots of percussion - not bad - can be one of the ear candy too).

A New Day...

This is the beginning of a new day ...
I have been given me this day
To use as I will.
I can waste it ... or use it for good,
But what I do today is important
Because I am exchanging
A day of my life for it!

When tomorrow comes,
This day will be gone forever,
Leaving in its place
Something that I have traded for it.

I want it to be gain ... and not loss;
Good ... and not evil;
Success ... and not failure;
In order that I shall not regret
The price that I have paid for it.

I will try just for today,
For you never fail ...
Until you stop trying.

In loving memory of Pn. Rokiah Bte Maamor

This post was specially dedicated in the loving memory of Pn. Rokiah Maamor, Rafi's mother who passed away 2 years ago on the 14th Mei 2005.
Semoga roh nya di cucuri rahmat dan di tempatkan di kalangan orang-orang yang beriman. AMIN!!
We are so lucky to have our mother with us while some still grief and regretted that they didn't treat their mother's well when they're still alive. Remember that "Syurga di telapak kaki ibu". Imagine that one day, that person is not with you anymore! How would you feel?
"To Those I Love and Those Who Love Me"
When I am gone, release me, let me go,
I have so many things to see and do,
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears.
Be happy that we had so many years.

I gave you my love, You can only guess,
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you each have shown,
But now it is time I travel alone.
So greive a while for if grieve you must, then let your grief be, comforted by trust.
It's only for awhile that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart.

I won't be far away, for life goes on.
So if you need me, call and I will come.
Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near.
And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear, All of my love around you, soft and clear.
And then, when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile, and say,.......
"Welcome Home"

Rafi has requested for this song by Aishah:
"Syurga di telapak Kaki Ibu"
( 1 )Duhai apakah gerangan budi balasan
Bagi insan melahirkan, membesarkan
Bercucuran airmata bila mengenangkan
Betapakah besar budi ibunda berikan
Siang malam menderita
Hingga entah bila
Sungguh besar pengorbanan
Ibunda berikan
( ulang 1 )( 2 )
Tiada bahagia jika tiadaDoa puja restu
Syurga itu telapak kaki ibu
( ulang 1 )
( ulang 2 )

Having a blast in Genting..

Yesterday's morning, it rained heavily since subuh and stopped, I think between 9.30am to 10.30am, but that doesn’t stop my plan with Rafi to Genting. We took Komuter train (and it was damn full) to KL central and later took putra to the last station, in Terminal Putra. We reached there around 12.00pm. After bought the tickets, which cost us RM 98 (for bus trans 2 ways, skyway kabel car and outdoor park games), we waited for the bus to arrive at 1.00pm. When we took the cabel car, Rafi couldn’t hide his fear of heights and even scream a bit during the journey to the top (hehe) and everyone was smiling at him.

Finally, we reached on top of the hills at 2.30pm but unfortunately, there was no rooms available. All 5 hotels in Genting were fully booked! Not to be heart broken, I said to Rafi “ Why not we put all our bags at the counter and head for the outdoor games first? Because the rooms that were not taken after booking will be open at 6.00pm, 7.00pm and 8.00pm”. He has no choice but to agree. We enjoyed almost all the games there (I didn’t take the Solero shots and the pirate ship because I was too afraid – hehe). The atmosphere was cold and hazy, not that I want it to be hot! But it was just perfect. At 5.30pm, it was raining and we have no choice but to go inside.

We went straight to the First World Hotel again and luckily this time, there was a lot of rooms available. We took the Deluxe room and paid RM 185 (or is it RM 186?) for 2 beds and 2 breakfast (not bad, eh?). Our room was number 23715 (yes, we were at the 23rd floor (I mean, almost at the peak of the hotel – total 24 floors – yeah, it was pretty high but not to mention, cool as well..ahakz). What happened was that, when we reached our room, both of us dozed off until morning (sama2 letih kan?). It was our second holiday trip and we’re looking forward for more and more upcoming holiday (how about Bali, Rafi? Does that sound nice??)hehe..

P/s: During our stayed in Genting, below are our favorite shots to cherish the moment:
