Rafi's Celebrity Look-Alikes

Hehehe..Jangan marah...

Life SUCKS!

It's already 2.22am but I still cannot sleep. A lot of things are in my mind now. Sometimes, I dunno if I can take it anymore. I mean, people who sees me thinks that I look strong but what they don't know is that, sometimes I cried when things is too much. I wish and I hope things will be better next year. I just need to get a good grip before I lose myself. Life has been taking a toll on me.
Lepas satu-satu problem datang. How can I manage my financial? Susah la. This month kena bayar kereta before 23hb. If not, akan tertunggak lagi. Ni semua sbb nk settle insurance ari tu. Yelah, gaji ciput tp keje kena pakai byk duit. Sampaikan nk beli barang utk diri sendiri pun tak mampu...
Like what B said, slowly and sabar byk2. But...I'm afraid that I might collapse. Susah sgt rasanya nk tanggung. Hope sgt this week will be a better week for me.

"Hadiah Daripada Hati" - Siti Nurhaliza

Siti Nurhaliza's latest album, "Hadiah daripada hati" will be out today 10 Dec 07 (Monday). Can't wait to get my hands on it. Hmm...Rasanya akan ke Kajang town jer cari kt satu kedai uncle chinese sebab ada discount on the CD. I've bought Christina Aguilera before for RM 45 (real price RM 49.90) and Kaer RM 27 (real price RM 29.90). Lagi satu CD shop ialah dekat Speedy Video tp kat dalam metro. Sure cepat habis punye!

I've read in the paper that this album will be different from her previous albums. A lot of pop songs in it. She recalled Ku Mahu and Melawan Sepi to be hits but who knows, there'll be more. Kata Siti lagi dalam pancaindera ari ni, gambar2 beliau dalam album tu nanti semua muka serius and masam. Maybe sebab status Dato' and isteri skrg kot. Apapun, I still love you CT!

Anyway, I will keep you guys updated on the contents of the CD. Catch ya later!
Info album baru Siti:
* Album solo ke-12.
* Menganduing 11 buah lagu dalam CD dan kaset.
* Penerbit album adalah beliau sendiri, Aubrey Suwito, Audi Mok, Azlan Abu Hassan, Jenny Chin, Greg Henderson dan Sharon Paul.
* Lagu hits - Ku Mahu (tema drama Spa Q di TV3) dan Melawan Sepi (komposer lagu Seindah Biasa).
* Warna hitam di gunakan utk latar dan juga tema kali ini, sesuai dengan citarasa lebih elegan.
* Siti menjanjikan kelainan dalam setiap albumnya begitu juga dengan album baru beliau ini.

Tell Me!

:(
My life is dull and static. I'm not happy as always. My date today with my other half didn't went well. I've already done my best but it's never enough. Why is it always me that need to be blame? What is it about me that's you think is less? I'm not perfect but at least I've tried to impress you! Why is it so hard for you to see that? Does it burst your ego when we went to place like that? Or should I always have follow your stupid rules each time we're out? Tell me. I need to know...
I have feelings too. And it has been hurt so many times. You break it and then you mend it. What do you think I am? A heartless doll?? Do you feel relief each time you did that? Have you ever felt in your heart (ever!) that I've made sacrifices for you? Or do you want me to list down for every thing that I've done for you? Should I write all the things that never satisfy you? Please, tell me.

My Celebrity Look-Alikes

Why I blog?

To all bloggers:

Do you ever wonder why you blog? My reasons are:
~ I'm a creative genius who is just exploding with undirected potential, looking for something to express myself (yeah, you must be laughing at me now).
~ I need to practice my writing and spelling skills.
~ I've tried complaining to my family but they never listen. So, I'm using internet instead.
~ Some which I wanted to write in case I'll forget about them and one day when I'm old, I want to read back and laugh.
~ So that people who's in publishing line perhaps will offer me to write a book...hehe.

Genting Highlands or Port Dickson

Next month, our company will held an annual dinner trip on the 13-14 Jan 08, but the location was a tie between Genting Highlands and Port Dickson. We went to Genting last year but they had to close the theme part because of the hazy wheather. Pity us, not much that we can do there. But suprisingly, it was really hot in Cameron.

This year, our branch decided to go to PD but our other branch wanted to go to Genting. Despite of the wheather which rained everyday, I don't think goin to Genting is the rite choice. Beside, this is annual company trip for God sake and I don't want to be stranded in the hotel and not bein able to 'jalan-jalan' because of the wheather.

So, our boss has decided to separate the trip to 2. We can go to PD and our other branch can go to Genting. There's 80 of us who wanted to go to PD. We are now still checking on the expenses as the budget is quite tight (boss is a bit stingy...hehe) but perhaps our accomodation would be in Glory Beach Resort near the beach. Not a hotel but they have apartments there so we were thinking 6 person per house.

I'm not actually a beach bump as I don't have any plans of getting a tan (so must bring really high SPF lor) but thinking that the activities that we can do excites me. These were some of the plans:
13 Jan
~ Arrive at Glory resort at 3.00pm.
~ Have a friendly sport match - volleyball, 'tarik tali', etc.
~ BBQ near the beach.
~ Karaoke.

14 Jan
~ Breakfast.
~ MISC - plan to mandi manda la, or sunbathing (for whoever thinkin of gettin a tan).
~ Lunch
~ Back to Kajang.
**RM 180/person.

If we were to go to Genting:
13 Jan
~ Arrive in Genting.
~ MISC - suka hatilah nk buat apa.
~ No lunch, have to wait for dinner only.
~ Tido dalam hotel.
~ Dinner.

14 Jan
~ No breakfast.
~ 'Pusing' theme park - kalo tak tutupla - kalo tutup, balik tido hotel.
~ Lunch.
~ Back home.
**RM 200/person.

That was what happened last year. Although the wheather was hot downhill but Genting always cold, rite? Wish us luck on the trip.

Sex Talk

Today I went to Nilai with 2 of my best colleague, Normah and Linda to attend a meeting on how to write the report for TDK green survey sheet form. It was raining heavily since this morning and I had headache the whole day.
On our way back from TDK, the 3 of us were discussing about sex. I would never have thought that Normah can be so open about it and not shy to share about his experience with me and Linda. It's an open discussion as Linda will be getting married another 2 months so she's kinda excited and at the same time worried about getting it on first time with her future husband.
Some of the recaps of our conversation in the car:
LINDA: "Kak Normah, sakit ke malam pertama nanti? Linda malulah..hehe"
NORMAH: "Akak pun segan jugak sampai anak pertama pun masih segan lagi tau"
ME: "Segan sbb apa?"
NORMAH: "Yelah, nk tgk benda 'tu' and dia pun nk tgk kita punya..mestilah malu...hehehehe". Akak kalo ngan suami pun tutup lampu tau"
ME: "La..rugilah..nanti tak nampak muka nk cium plak. Lagipun tak uumphh la tutup lampu. At least biar ada lampu sikit baru seksi..wakakakaka"
NORMAH: "Ish..seganlah...kalo body mcm Erra Fazira lainlah..."
ME: "Member saya ada gak citer bila honeymoon tu asyik main jer. Pastu darah tak henti2 lak tu kuar. Biasalah anak dara lagi kan."
NORMAH: "Itu maknanya kena cakap kt suami dia suruh slow2 jgn main terjah jer"
ME: "Ala, member tu kata skrg ni dia dah expert...hehe..tgk, baru setahun kahwin dah dpt baby"
LINDA: "Abis tu Kak, kalo mengandung boleh main ke?"
NORMAH: "Takkanlah nk suruh suami puasa lak. Kesian dia. Macam akak dulu, pantang 100hari. Dalam masa tu kalo nk kasi benda 'tu' ketat balik, jgn sex. Orang lelaki ni pakai tangan pun boleh gak."
LINDA: "Huh? Pakai tangan?"
NORMAH: "Tanya si yus ni. Dia mesti tahu"
"Hahahahaha"
ME: "Habislah ko Linda lepas ni. Member yus pernah cakap dulu yang husband dia ada ckp, jgn dia jer yg mulakan dulu tp member yus tu wat bodoh jer. Kena sama2 baru dia rasa diri dia di ingini. Lagi satu, jgn suami jer duk bekerja keras tp isteri terima jer".
"Betul tu..."
"Hahahahaha.............."
So, that'S the end of our small little chat. Tak sangka di sebalik keayuan Normah tu, boleh tahan gak dia tu.
I SAY: Habislah Linda. Tapi Linda segan gak bila Kak Mah kata perempuan ni lambat naik. Yelah, tak macam lelaki kan. Senang jer bendera berkibar tegak di angkasa...kikikiki

Hukuman di neraka mengikut kepercayaan Kafir!

HINDRAF Rally

HINDRAF - Hindu Rights Action Force

At first, I don't really give a damn about the riot but something really captured my attention, that is a class action on behalf of Malaysian Indians was filed in London to sue the UK government for US$4 Trillion (US$1 Millon for every Indian) for bringing Indians as indentured laborers into Malaya years ago before our independence. A petition was signed by more than 100 000 Indians to be presented to Queen Elizabeth of UK to argue on the case.

HINDRAF usually held their rally every Sunday at the British High Commission. Malaysian police refused to grant the rally thus set up roadblocks in Klang valley mainly in front of KLCC to indentify the troublemaker. Kiranya you can say ini "perhimpunan haram"!

The first rally was joined by an estimated of 20 000 Indians near the KLCC. The police and firemen has to use tear gas and water canon to disperse the crowd. 136 people were arrested.

HINDRAF later claimed that they have faxed a petition. However, the British later informed that they didn't receive any petition from HINDRAF but had received some unspecified information by fax.

Our prime minister has warn the demonstrator but promised that he will listen to everyone even if they have unpleasant words to say.
I SAY: Just cut the whole crap! US$1 million for each Indians? Are they out of their mind?? I mean, if you want to have a good life (not to mention, rich), kerjalah...bukan lepak sana sini!

X-Factor - Shayne Ward

I know we are quite left behind from knowing what exactly is X-Factor (TV Series). X-Factor is a British television music talent show contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions. It's produced by Simo Cowell's production (also known as American Idol "horrible" judge). It's quite similar to the idol series and in Malaysia, OIAM and M'sian Idol.
I'm not sure if it's goin to arrive on our shore but look out for the second season winner - Shayne Ward - which already making headlines in the UK and in Malaysia.
If you notice, I have posted one of his song in the blog called Stand by Me..
This is one of my favourite song sang by him duirng the show...It's a new rendition of Unchained Melody...You'll live it!

Global Warming & Tips on how to help prevent it

Did you notice that our weather is getting hotter? I was out for lunch yesterday and I must say that the climate really made my skin hurt (not to mention I'm getting darker). It's hard for me to even go out to meet customer as I'm constantly on the road. My work requires me to work outside rather than in the office (yeah, I'm a customer service @ supplier). As I'm doing my reports in the office, I managed to find a few reasons on what leads to global warming and how to help prevent it.

Global warming something that is affecting everyone on a daily basis. However, it is our children and grandchildren that will suffer the most. These are just some of the many things that you can do to help prevent global warming. Just as mankind has the power to destroy the planet, we have the power to save it.

Another thing you might want to remember is that cutting down on your carbon emissions and the like will save you personally a lot of money. Global warming is acting a lot faster than it was originally expected to- you might be affected by it as well. Therefore you'll benefit by conserving energy, too.

STEPS:

Get Educated
Educate yourself about Global warming. You won't be able to tell other people about it if you don't have knowledge of the topic yourself!

Recycle more
15-25% of people don't recycle. Try to recycle more. If you don't have a recycling bin, go to you nearest recycling center and ask where you can get one.

Act Collectively
Acting individually is not enough to solve this global problem. We must bring pressure to bear on power holders and decision makers in government to promptly and decisively act on the national and international levels to curb greenhouse gas emissions.

Use Compact Fluorescent bulbs
Replace 3 frequently used light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs. Save 300 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $60 per year.

Keep your Car Tires Inflated
Keep the tires on your car adequately inflated. Check them monthly. Save 250 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $840 per year.

Change Your Air Filter
Check your car's air filter monthly. Save 800 pounds of carbon dioxide and $130 per year.

Fill the Dishwasher
Run your dishwasher only with a full load. Save 100 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $40 per year.

Use Recycled Paper
Make sure your printer paper is 100% post consumer recycled paper. Save 5 lbs. of carbon dioxide per ream of paper.

Buy Products Locally
Buy locally and reduce the amount of energy required to drive your products to your store. The consumable products we all purchase represent over half of the average family's carbon footprint!

Spread the Word
There is a logo called CarbonCounted that companies can put on their products to communicate their carbon footprint. Look for products that have a low CarbonCounted footprint number.

Buy Energy Certificates
Help spur the renewable energy market and cut global warming pollution by buying wind certificates and green tags.

Buy Minimally Packaged Goods
Less packaging could reduce your garbage by about 10%. Save 1,200 pounds of carbon dioxide and $1,000 per year.

Buy a Hybrid Car
The average driver could save 16,000 lbs. of CO2 and $3,750 per year driving a hybrid. Plug-in hybrids can save even more and give cash-back.

Buy a Fuel Efficient Car
Getting a few breathe. Save 2,000 lbs. of carbon dioxide per year.

Insulate Your Water Heater
Keep your water heater insulated could save 1,000 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $40 per year.

Replace Old Appliances
Inefficient appliances waste energy. Save hundreds of lbs. of carbon dioxide and hundreds of dollars per year.

Weather Strip your Doorways
Caulk and weather strip your doorways and windows. Save 1,700 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $274 per year.

Use a Push Mower
Use your muscles instead of fossil fuels and get some exercise. Save 80 lbs of carbon dioxide per year.

Unplug Unused Electronics
Even when electronic devices are turned off, they use energy. Save over 1,000 lbs of carbon dioxide and $256 per year.

Grow Fast Growing Plants
Plants like bamboo grow faster and produce 35% more oxygen than trees like oak or birch.

Take Public Transportation
Some new buses are even hybrid already!

Ride a Bicycle
Funny how this never gets mentioned. Everyone looks for a high-tech solution when one already exists! It wasn't on this list.

Spice Girls are making HEADLINES

New single from the Spice Girls : Headlines (Friendship never ends)

I know it's going to sound cheesy but I lurrve the Spice Girls and are happy that they are back with a Greatest Hits album. I've been a fan since I was in school and have all their CDs. My favourite in the group is Victoria Beckham (what!?). Yeah, I know what you're thinking that she's a shameless self promoter that is never ashamed of herself but yeah, I do like her because way back then, she was a really shy person and has a deep voice which I like. The second best is Mel C. She has such a powerful voice but that voice wouldn't attract people if she were to sing solo. Don't you agree??

Never in my life that I imagine the spice girls will get back together again. They were always catty with each other. I've heard some rumours that there's a DIVA in every girls. Whatever it is, I'm glad that they are BACK!

p/s: Oh, and hey...watch out for their new single - Voodoo (a must listen track for girl power fan). And buy the album! You won't regret it...

Bye Bye Melvin!

It came as a shock when Fion told me that Melvin is going to leave us soon as he's got a better offer in Dubai. Our old colleague, Ong, has left us a year back and went to Dubai too. All I can say, not everyone can last in our department. You have to be not just physically strong but mentally too *sigh*. Fion did tell me that she's very sad about it. She was going to focus on other customer and already passed everything to Melvin but now...

No wonder Catherine (Melvin's GF) doesn't look cheerful this few days. Pity her! It's hard for a relationship to survive when you are separated 1000miles away.

Anyway Melvin, I wish you all the best and I'm going to miss you dude. Don't forget us when you're rich (wink)!
To Catherine, be strong ok! We will always be here for you.

When trust is at stake...

Suddenly it hit my head! A good colleague of mine was terminated and she was given a 24hour notice. I was caught in suprisie because she's been working in TIP for 6 years now and my bosses love her so much. I didn't get the details on why she was fired until Linda told me about it. I've already promised her not to say a word (..zip..).

Oh my God! She was fired because she has been accused of selling our production formula to other competitor! I was like, SHIT...Is this true? Or is she being sabotage?? But that's what I've heard from Linda which she later confirmed that it was indeed true. I understand that some competitor wanted to know our formula for extrusion and they're willing to pay big bucks if they can find anyone who can sell the formula. Dirty politics! But I can't believe Kak Pah could do such thing. I sense that perhaps she was offered a lot of money and recently her belongings were destroyed during the flood that happened in her hometown, Hulu Langat and that is why she needs the money. One should always think the consequences before taking any action. I cannot imagine her life now since she's not working. She's not getting younger for God sake.

Pity for her...I guess my boss cannot forgive for what she has done. She will never expected that Kak Pah will betrayed her or repay her like this...It teaches me something...Not to believe oneself until you really really know that person and always be careful to whom you trust...

p/s: Deep in my heart, I hope that Kak Pah didn't mean to do such thing or if someone were to sabotage her by telling all this lies, he/she will be punish for good!

Imran Ajmain - The Next Big thing

Have you heard about Imran Ajmain before? Like me, I don't know where the hell did this guy came from until a fren of mine said that he's originally from Singapore. No wonder you can't find his cd here. His debut album called "dengan secara kebetulan" was out last year and I still remember watching him in an interview with TV Singapore saying that nobody knew where he came from or heard his song until Anugerah Planet Muzik.

I've heard his song before in Kerana Cintaku Saerah but not the full song. I thought the song was touching and it still does. Since I cannot get the album here in Kay Ell, I've asked Edz if he can buy the album for me in Singapore. Suprisingly, he said yes. Less than a month, he will come down to Malaysia to spend his Christmas holiday with his...(hehe). Can't wait to get my hands on the album. Wait, there's a repackage of the album which contains 21 songs, includes instrumental for Seribu Tahun (mana tahu lepas ni bleh berangan nyanyi lagu ni)...hehe

Anyway, here's his performance at APM 2007. Enjoy!

And here is Aliff Aziz from Anugerah 2007 singing the song:

New Garnier Light Lotion

Hehe...I wanted to share something with all of you. I've been using the cream for a month now and all I can say is that, it really works, trust me! The most expensive products that I've tried was SKII (hard to believe? trust me) a few years back after Fiza introduced it to me. It was damn expensive but works really well on my skin. I didn't experience any breakouts, my skin was less oily and fair but...I can't cope up with the expenses so I've stopped using it *sigh*.

I was sceptic when I first saw the Garnier ads on TV the first time. As usual, they would talk about how good the products is and you won't regret if you use it, kinda stuff. But what made me attracted to buy it becos of the reasonable price (RM 16.90 in Watson). I don't spend a lot on my face so I guess this products is okay with my budget.

I don't really expect anything. All I wanted was my skin to be O.K as I have really oily skin and sometimes can get pretty dry when I'm constantly under the air cond. And I have breakouts too. So, I can't use cream becos it will worsen my condition so I chose a lighter version, which is the lotion.

Believe me, it really works and my colleagues notice it too. You can start believe it now...I'm not sure if I'm 2 tones lighter (as what Garnier has promised thru the ads) but I'm amazed...
p/s: Garnier shud cut me a paycheck for this promo..hehe

Traditional remedy for problem skin

I was surfing the net when I've found this few tips that really captured my attention:
You may have heard the old saying "you are what you eat," but nobody ever takes that to heart. Yet it’s true -- diet plays an important role in the overall health of your largest organ – your skin. But you don’t necessarily have to eat good food to receive its healing benefits. If you’ve tried expensive, over-the-counter medicines that didn’t work, go no further than your kitchen for these homegrown skin remedies.
Sunburn and Insect Bites
If your summer plans include the beach or camping, be sure to take along a bottle of apple-cider vinegar. The acid in the vinegar has a healing quality that can relieve minor skin irritations. Use it to take the sting out of sunburned skin and encourage healing. It will also relieve itching and swelling on insect bites. If you plan on going hiking, try making this simple concoction for poison ivy and pack it in your backpack: Mix equal amounts of vinegar, buttermilk and salt and apply with a cotton ball to help dry and speed healing.
Acne, Blackheads
This remedy may sound strange, but it’s known to work. Before going to bed, break open a capsule of vitamin E and rub it on your face. Then the next night, do the same thing with a vitamin A capsule and wash it off in the morning, so that your face is no longer oily. Be sure to use an old pillowcase you can mess up. It may sound like the last thing you’d want to put on your face, but doing so apparently lessens the requirement for your skin to make its own additional oil. Also try using a mild exfoliation made of almond meal, honey, yogurt and a few drops of lavender and tea tree essential oil. The enzymes in each ingredient will gently cleanse the skin and help to soften and loosen blocked pores.
Chapped Skin
Think chapped skin happens only in the dead of winter? You can get it from extended exposure to any of the elements, including the sun. Try eating carrots, tomatoes and green, leafy vegetables to get vitamin A, which is important for skin growth and repair. You can also try this remedy: Add 1 Tbsp. each of watercress, carrot and spinach juice to one glass of tomato juice, 2 Tbsp. wheat germ oil and 1 Tbsp. of nutritional yeast. Drink this vitamin tonic in the morning.
If your skin problems persist or worsen, you should see a dermatologist or a holistic practitioner for help.

When I remember those days...

Today is Sunday and rite now I'm sitting here in my room doing nothing but surfing some sites in the net. You can say that I'm pathetic for being a lazy ass, like I care. All I wanted is a time for myself to rejuvenate or perhaps think about my life rather than think about others, when they actually are more interested in seeing me gettin' hurt.

I managed to get my big fat ass out from my bed and started searching for my old cds which some of them reminds me of some goods memories. I can still remember when I was in secondary, I'm always alone and I don't have a lot of friends that I can hang out with. Maybe becos I was a prefect back then so you can imagine my circle of frens is quite limited. But hey, I survived. You know what kepts me going, myself! I do believe that you shud always do things that you love best and not thinkin about what others think about it. Back to the cds (tee hee..) part, I used to spend my school allowances to buy cds, not pirated ones (mind you) but genuine which sometimes costs me RM 40++. Why shud a student like me spend money for that kind of crap? Satisfaction, everyone, it's satisfaction. The kind of musics I've listened to differ from one another. I may like pop but my taste can move on to rocks or ballads (depends on my mood).

My favourite was Coco Lee (the english album), english compilation, I have all spice girls Cds, Siti Nurhaliza's too, Savage garden, etc.

I'm didn't come from a wealthy family but you can consider me as well taken care of. If I wanted something, I don't ask from my parents but instead, I used my own hard cash to buy whatever I want. Those qualities which I still adapt nowadays, which sometimes burst my pocket becos of my big spending. But I'm in the process of cutting whatever costs that I can so that I can save more.
*WISH ME LUCK*
