Mourning a Brilliant, Troubled Idol

I know this entry is quite late but the king of pop will always be remembered as one of world most iconic superstar of the decade. MJ was dead at age 50, reportedly from heart attack. May you rest in peace, Mikaeel (his muslim name after he converted to Islam).

I wasn't a diehard fan but I grew up listening to him and some of his songs was quite memorable, such as Billie Jean, Thriller, Blood on the Dance Floor, Little Susie, Scream (duet with Janet Jackson), The Way You Make Me Feel, Earth Song and more...

The event was great and I thought Su has done a pretty good job. Although she didn't win any grand prize (except the consolation of RM 500), she was offered to model for a magazine. She's still young tho, 15yrs and her PMR is just around the corner. I need to watch her so that she won't neglected her studies. I wish her all the best!

Rehearsal @ Hotshoes

Today, once again yus cuti and amik half day leave cos temankan Su ke Hotshoes in PJ utk catwalk session. Habis jer keje kul 12.30pm td, terus blk umah and rehat jap. Dalam kul 4.50pm baru kitaorg kuar and straight to PJ. Ingatkan jalan jammed so tu yg kuar awal but tak sangka plak, jalan clear and kitaorg sampai dalam 6.00pm (rehearsal start kul 7.00pm). So singgah jap kt kedai makan area situ, which tak tahu napa but orang2 kt situ pandang kitaorg semcm jer...hmm. Su and Baby pun dah bising2 bila orang duk senyum2 jer tgk diaorg..ahakz! Kitaorg melantak roti canai but tak sampai sejam, dah sakit perut...aiyoo!

Anyway, the rehearsal berjalan dgn baik since tutor dia mmg ajar catwalk for professional models. Nampak cam susah jer since model2 yg datang kebykkan dgn heel 4inch...haha. Su pun sampai kejang2 kaki cos berdiri almost 1 1/2 hours. But they've managed to wrap around 9.00pm something.

Tomorrow is the big event at Times Square dalam kul 2.00pm. Sapa2 yg baca ni, bole hadir sekali ok utk tgk show tu nanti, ok...ciao.

Dinner Comittee

Yus was chosen as one of the comittee member for annual dinner tahun ni. Yus juga di beri penghargaan sbg Vice Chairman utk comittee and yus akan handle bahagian entertainment. Byk preparation nak kena buat but now, yus concentrate pada benda2 yg remeh-temeh dulu. Anyway, yus akan held beberapa aktiviti sempena annual dinner ni dari pemilihan SMK Idol ke SMK Dreamgirl. Yus akan update ngan citer2 psl tu nanti k.

Hari ni mmg purposely yus amik cuti cos nk temankan Su utk photoshoot dgn majalah Remaja. Yes, dia terpilih utk jd finalis top 12 lipice bibir menawan contest. She's very excited and happy about it, even my parents pun sama (suprisingly!!!).

Next week Friday yus kena amik half day utk bwk dia ke PJ cos ada catwalk session /gambit dance and final kt Berjaya Times Square the next day, 27/June pukul 1.30pm.

Sangkut jam kt Federal...hehe

Abis drp tu, kitaorg sangkut jam for almost 2 hours kt federal (mmg tobat tak mau lalu situ lagi...huhu). Lenguh kaki since yus bwk manual car kan.

Ada 2 jenis pizza - cool lime and wakiki paradise

Me dgn fashion rambut baru yg sangat pendek...ahakz

OTW balik, singgah mkn kt pizza hut plak cos baby dah bising2 lapar. Kitaorg order 3 sensasi delight menu tp tak abis pun so wat tapau jer...

A Piece of Advice...

Guys,

For whatever reason, pls make sure that your emotions and feelings come first. Why? Emotions affect your physical bodies as much as your body affects your feelings and thinking. The only person who can change what you feel is you. A new relationship, a new house, a new car, a new job, these things can momentarily distract you from your feelings, but no other person, no material possession, no activity can remove, release, or change how you feel. We need to understand that we take our feelings with us wherever we go. Our feelings remain within us until we release them.

Pls ignore people who tell you that you're selfish cos they aren't the one who experience it. It's your choice in choosing what's good and what's not for you. Think hard and then decide it for yourself whether it's worth it.

Krispy Kreme's donuts - my fav is New York cheese, vanilla glazed (rasanyalah) and chocolate with custard fillings and Lady Gaga's debut CD, The Fame.

What my sis bought?

Mac lipstick and powder, Paris Hilton Just Me perfume, and Sunsilk's shampoo and conditioner.

What WE've bought?

A present for dad since Father's day is just around the corner - DKNY men's perfume.
